My fitness boxing program is nothing like a cardio kick boxing class.
The program takes a focused approach to fitness, with no sugar coating. I will develop your training with a mentally, physically, and nutritionally sound approach.
It's all about effort and intensity! Small Group classes are limited to 5 per class. Any more and it would be impossible to give the individual attention required to master the skills taught in my program. Students should be on time, dedicated, passionate, and most importantly, ready to have fun!
